Hi, I’m Selenge
I was born and raised in Mongolia, and for the past 15 years, Australia has been my home. My wild spirit has always chased more freedom and the deeper truth. Following this call has taken me on extraordinary inner and outer journeys — adventures of the body, mind, heart and spirit.
I studied 500hr yoga in India and Bali, teaching yoga, meditation and embodiment practices wherever my adventures have taken me. From festivals, to studios, to the wild steppe plains of Mongolia.
It is my greatest joy to share the wisdom and magic of these practices with you; my fellow earth warriors.
My offerings include Wild human Yoga Dance, Sacred Rage Ritual healing, personalised 1:1, group coaching, and powerful pilgrimages into Mongolia’s vast and magical landscape.

My Mongolian love
story
My life of adventure has pulled me away to many places but my love for Mongolia has drawn me back to her throughout my life. There was a moment back in 2014 as I was practicing yoga in my hometown; the rural hills of Shand, Khuder.
I opened my eyes after a meditation to the expansiveness of the land, the nomadic peoples, my peoples living simply and in harmony with the animals, the elements and their community. It was in this moment that it landed for me. I felt as though I was stepping back in time to an ancient timeline untouched by the modern systems that distract and disconnect us.
It was my first time home in 4 years since moving to Australia and the contrast between both worlds, East to West became so apparent. I decided in that moment that i needed to share this experience with others.
To provide a transformational experience through the spiritual practices that I’ve been embodying and teaching for 10years and creating the space to disconnect; not just from the modern world but from all worldly responsibilities. With an entire local team of kind and attentive crew to look after your every need; there’s space to be completely present, and to allow the journey to unfold.
Guiding these experiences is an undeniable calling, an ache in my bones, an unexplainable love and a connection to a sacred place of deep healing and belonging.
Mongolia is a part of me she calls me, chose me to share her magic in this unique way and to honor her.
When I’m on the land I feel her medicine so deeply and I’ve witnessed firsthand since the first Steppeyoga retreat in 2014 the impact this has had on others. My desire is to continue to share her medicine with likeminded souls who feel this call. If this resonates with you I would love for you to join us and to receive the experience of Steppeyoga Mongolia.
With Love,
Selenge
